- Proven background in creative, design, branding, advertising, or communication sectors
- A knack for identifying and reaching out to new clients
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to translate briefs into effective creative solutions
- Confidence in pitching, negotiating, and closing deals
- Commitment to nurturing long-term partnerships
- Goal-oriented with strong follow-up habits
