Role Description The Softskills Trainer will deliver engaging, structured sessions that help school students build communication, spoken English, confidence, public speaking, leadership, and personality development skills.



This full-time on-site role, located in Telangana, India, involves planning lesson content, creating practical activities, and using interactive methods to make sessions participatory and outcome-driven. The trainer will track student progress through assessments and checkpoints, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with the BE7X team to refine program materials based on classroom experiences. Responsibilities also include maintaining a positive, inclusive learning setting, supporting student recognition initiatives, and ensuring consistent implementation of BE7X’s training standards across assigned schools.
