Role Description This is a full-time, in office Branch Manager role based in Barshi. The Branch Manager will oversee branch operations, including managing loan applications, approvals within delegated authority,



and timely disbursements while ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines. The role involves leading and mentoring branch staff, setting performance targets, monitoring productivity, and supporting professional development. The Branch Manager will develop and execute local business development strategies, build relationships with customers and community stakeholders, and drive portfolio growth with a focus on asset quality and customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities also include reviewing collections, managing risk, maintaining accurate documentation and reports, and coordinating with regional and head office teams to align branch performance with organizational goals.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in branch operations or retail lending, preferably in NBFCs or banking, with strong knowledge of credit processes and collections.
