About the Role:

The Associate Team Lead - Talent Acquisition is responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment while supporting effective execution of the talent acquisition agenda across Bunge's operations in India. The role partners closely with hiring managers, HR and business stakeholders to translate workforce needs into practical sourcing and hiring strategies, build strong and diverse talent pipelines, and deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience. In addition to independently managing requisitions, the role is expected to demonstrate ownership, provide day-to-day guidance where required, and contribute to process improvement and talent acquisition projects.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the complete recruitment life cycle for assigned roles, from intake and sourcing through screening, interview coordination, selection, offer management and pre-joining engagement.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand role requirements, talent availability, hiring priorities and timelines, and agree on an effective recruitment strategy.




• Develop targeted sourcing plans using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, job portals, social platforms, talent communities and other cost-effective channels.
• Build and maintain qualified, diverse talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs, with a strong focus on white-collar skilled roles.
• Conduct structured candidate screening and assessment to evaluate capability, experience, motivation, compensation expectations, availability and overall role fit.
• Provide market insights and evidence-based recommendations to hiring managers on talent availability, sourcing effectiveness, candidate quality and selection decisions.
• Deliver a professional and engaging candidate experience through timely communication, transparent process management and strong stakeholder coordination.
