Job Description – Branch Manager

Location: Waidhan Plant, Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh
Position: Branch Manager
Monthly Salary: ₹30,000

Job Summary

International Industrial Gases Limited (IIGAS) is seeking a responsible and results-oriented Branch Manager to oversee the commercial, administrative, and day-to-day operations of its Waidhan branch.

The Branch Manager will be responsible for sales growth, branch management, accounts supervision, tender participation, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers, employees, and company management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

* Manage existing customers and develop new business opportunities.
* Achieve sales targets and ensure timely payment collections.
* Maintain strong relationships with industrial and institutional clients.

2. Branch Management

* Supervise daily branch activities, staff, and administrative operations.
* Coordinate with plant operations to ensure timely order execution and deliveries.




* Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

3. Accounts & Financial Management

* Oversee daily accounts, billing, expenses, and payment collections.
* Maintain accurate financial records and submit regular reports to management.
* Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers.

4. Tender Management

* Identify and participate in government, PSU, and private-sector tenders.
* Prepare and submit tender documentation within deadlines.
* Manage tender-related correspondence, quotations, and follow-ups.

5. Reporting & Coordination

* Submit regular sales, financial, and operational reports.
* Coordinate directly with company directors and senior management.
* Ensure effective branch operations and customer satisfaction.
