Our client is one of India's leading manufacturing organization. It has a legacy of several decades, a multi-thousand-crore turnover, and more than 20 plants across India and abroad. The Group is on an ambitious path to more than double its revenue in the next 4–5 years.

The mandate
To support this growth, the Group has launched an enterprise-wide transformation programme to become more competitive, lean and agile. We're looking for a seasoned interim HR leader to champion this transformation project. You'll report to the Group CHRO and work closely with the CEO and Executive Committee.

What you'll drive
• Transformation roadmap: Own the Group-wide programme, set productivity and employee-cost targets, build a productivity dashboard and track the financial benefits delivered.

• Organisation design: Review structures across businesses, plants and functions. Simplify layers, spans and roles, remove duplication, and set Group-wide organisation design principles.

• Shared services: Design and roll out shared service centres across HR, Finance, IT, Procurement and Admin,



including the service model, SLAs, governance and transition plans.

• Workforce productivity: Benchmark plants and functions, set manpower norms, and redesign work through process simplification, standardisation and better capacity use.

• Automation and digital: Partner with IT and business teams on automation, RPA and AI-enabled workflows, with transparent business cases and ROI.

• Governance: Run monthly reviews for the CHRO, CEO and Executive Committee, with scorecards and benefit-realisation reports.

Who we're looking for
• Min 20+ years of experience, with senior HR, organisation-effectiveness or transformation roles in large, multi-plant manufacturing groups.
• A proven record of delivering productivity or employee-cost programmes with measurable financial results.
• Hands-on experience in organisation design and shared services setup.
