Role Description The Performance & Growth Marketing Manager for Premium/Luxury Fashion Brands is a full-time, on-site role based in Saket. This role is responsible for designing and executing growth marketing strategies across digital channels to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue for premium and luxury fashion lines. Day-to-day tasks include managing performance marketing campaigns, optimizing paid media, tracking KPIs,
and using web and marketing analytics tools to measure effectiveness and inform strategy. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams on campaign planning, content, and promotions, as well as overseeing marketing automation workflows to enhance personalization and lifecycle marketing. The manager will also handle project timelines, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and continuously test and refine initiatives to improve ROI.
