Role Description The Steward Commis 3/2 (Italian Cuisine) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role supports the kitchen team in preparing ingredients, assisting with basic Italian cooking tasks, and ensuring dishes are presented according to Toscano’s standards. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and workstations, following hygiene and safety procedures, and properly storing ingredients and equipment.



The Steward Commis 3/2 also assists chefs during service, coordinates with team members to ensure smooth operations, and communicates effectively with colleagues and supervisors. The position offers an opportunity to learn and grow in authentic Italian cuisine within a qualified restaurant environment.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in food preparation and basic cooking, with an interest in Italian cuisine.
• Sound hygiene practices and knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards.
