Your tasks

• Responsible for all required correspondence with clients. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers always.
• Responding promptly to customer queries.
• Monitoring TAT – Coordinating with labs and report reviewers and ensuring release of reports on time. Intimating customers for any delay and convincing customer satisfactorily.
• Receiving and analyzing customer feedback.
• Emailing and dispatching of test reports and invoice to customers on time
• Obtaining Customer feedback – Acknowledging customer complaints / queries and forwarding to concern.
• Coordinating with lab managers for technical analysis of results.




• Updating Lab Managers on complaints
• Managing a team of customer service representatives
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Your Qualifications

• Graduate / Post-graduate in Science/ Commerce.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service and support role preferably in commercial testing lab.
