We at The Ayurveda Experience are looking for a sharp, self-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing e-commerce team. This role is focused on European markets and is for someone who understands what makes content convert in these regions, not just what makes it look good. You will own the creator pipeline from end to end: finding the right influencers, writing briefs that get followed, coordinating with influencer and deliveries, and editing raw footage into content that is ready to go live and drive results. You will also work closely with internal creative teams to ensure all influencer and video content is backed by strong creative thinking and executed to the highest standard. You’ll be working at DTC pace — fast decisions, fast execution, rapid iteration. You should be comfortable managing multiple workstreams, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality, and supporting the broader paid media team when needed. Responsibilities




• Source, identify, and onboard high-performing creators across Meta (Instagram & Facebook) and TikTok in European markets, aligned with
brand goals and target audiences.
• Build, nurture, and manage long-term relationships with creators, influencers, agencies, and creator networks to develop a scalable creator ecosystem.
• Own the end-to-end creator partnership lifecycle, including outreach, negotiations, contracting, onboarding, briefing, content approvals, payment coordination, and performance reviews.
• Develop detailed, conversion-focused creative briefs that clearly communicate campaign objectives, messaging, hooks, deliverables, and platform best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Performance Marketing, and Brand teams to ensure creator content aligns with campaign strategy and business objectives.
