Description
We are seeking a Supervisor with expertise in Electrical, Mechanical, Preservation, and Instrumentation to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supervising and managing technical projects, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage electrical, mechanical, preservation, and instrumentation projects to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineering teams and subcontractors to execute project plans effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of equipment and systems to identify maintenance needs and potential improvements.
- Train and mentor junior staff and technicians in best practices and safety protocols.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.




- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations during all phases of project execution.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 6-10 years of experience in electrical, mechanical, preservation, or instrumentation supervision.
- Robust knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical systems, and instrumentation technologies.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
