We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Instrument / Lead Mechanical Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in engineering projects focusing on instrumentation or mechanical systems, with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage engineering projects related to instrumentation or mechanical systems.
- Design and develop instruments and mechanical components for various applications.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including specifications and reports.




- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in instrumentation or mechanical engineering roles.
- Proficient in CAD software for designing mechanical systems.
- Solid understanding of control systems and instrumentation technology.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
