Job Description
Order Management
• Review contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), Purchase Orders, and supporting documentation
• Create and maintain customer orders, jobs, and projects in ERP systems
• Process order revisions, amendments, and project adjustments
• Maintain job files, documentation, and client rate cards
• Support month-end activities including revenue accruals, WIP management, reconciliations, and project closures

Order to Cash end to end
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and internal controls
• Respond to respective stakeholder queries in a timely manner
• Prepare and maintain process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Participate in transitions, system upgrade
