The Role & Your Impact
As Senior Pricing Manager, you will lead complex global pricing deployment initiatives that improve commercial performance and support PHB’s growth ambitions.
This is a strategic and hands-on role requiring robust change leadership, stakeholder influence, and execution excellence across functions, geographies, and business systems.
Key responsibilities include:
• Lead global pricing deployment initiatives from design and implementation through adoption and performance follow-up.
• Partner with regional and global commercial leaders to identify pricing opportunities and convert them into actionable business improvements.
• Drive consistent pricing governance, policies, processes, and tools across markets.
• Lead change management and capability-building initiatives that embed sustainable pricing practices.
