As a Services Associate, Firm Risk, Compliance, and Governance Services on the Purpose Investments & Ecosystems (PI&E;) team, you will be responsible for…
• Manage an assigned portfolio of sponsorships and donations through the end-to-end lifecycle,



including leadership approvals, risk reviews, legal and accounts payable coordination, external stakeholder communications, contract execution, and payment processing.
• Draft agreements using approved templates; collect required documentation; and maintain Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Teams records throughout the investment lifecycle.
• Identify and implement technology and workflow improvements that support sponsorships, donations, cross-portfolio initiatives, and shared team priorities.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, best practices, guides, checklists, frequently asked questions, and lessons learned; gather team input to update materials as business needs evolve.
• Monitor and triage the shared inbox; manage Outlook templates and folder structures; administer Microsoft Teams files, naming, versioning, categorization, and permissions; and provide administrative support to ot
