Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead HR operations for our Bangalore team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR processes, employee engagement, and workforce planning while helping build a robust and performance-driven organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Lead end-to-end recruitment across business, sales, operations, technology, and corporate functions.




• Understand manpower requirements and work closely with department heads to define hiring needs.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, agencies, and other channels.
• Screen candidates, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate interview processes.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Track recruitment metrics including hiring turnaround time, source effectiveness, and offer-to-joining ratio.

2. HR Operations
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle from joining to exit.
• Oversee onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Manage attendance, leave, employee documentation, and HR-related queries.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure employee data is accurate and up to date.
• Ensure implementation of company HR policies and processes.
