Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.
• Understand customer queries and provide accurate solutions.
• Resolve customer issues professionally within the required turnaround time.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and communication quality.
• Follow company policies, processes, and call-handling guidelines.
• Document customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
• Meet assigned targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Skills Required
• Good English communication and conversational skills.
• Ability to understand and speak with international customers confidently.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.




• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
• Comfortable working in a voice-based customer support workplace.

For Freshers
Freshers are eligible if they have:
