Experience: 2-4 years

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.
• Support the day-to-day operation of the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networks.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues related to servers, networks, and applications.
• Help with system backups, software updates, and patch management.
• Provide support for users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Collaborate with senior system administrators and other IT staff on projects and initiatives.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and technical specifications.
• Assist in the administration of cloud-based services and virtualized environments (e.g., Hyper-V).
• Hands-on experience with G-suite,o365.




• Participate in IT asset management and inventory control.
• Assist with setting up and configuring current workstations, servers, and networking devices.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the IT department or senior system administrators.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux/ubuntu-based systems.
• Basic knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy.
• Basic understanding of virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, or similar).
• Experience with backup and recovery tools and strategies.
• Understanding of IT security principles, such as firewalls, anti-virus software, and patch management.
