Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in the Mohali district, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Reap Big’s client base. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings, presenting tailored real estate solutions, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle for residential,



commercial, and investment-focused transactions. The role involves collaborating with advisory and portfolio management teams to align sales strategies with client financial objectives, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, contribute to sales forecasting, support marketing initiatives, and ensure a high standard of client service and follow-up to build long-term relationships.
Qualifications
• Strong consultative sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing transactions.
• Experience in real estate sales or investment advisory, with understanding of residential, commercial, and land transaction processes.
