About the Role
IG Insurance Solutions is looking for a motivated Associate – Sales & Client Acquisition to help us expand our customer base across insurance and financial products.
The associate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, bringing insurance and loan enquiries/files, and developing long-term client relationships. This is a performance-based prospect with commission earnings.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and identify potential customers for insurance and financial products.
- Sell and assist customers with suitable insurance products.
- Generate and bring genuine loan enquiries and eligible customer files.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into successful applications.
- Identify opportunities through personal networks, referrals,
field visits and other legitimate channels.
- Coordinate with the team for documentation and application processing.
- Maintain accurate information about leads, enquiries and customer follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets.
- Follow company processes and applicable compliance requirements while dealing with customers.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Prior experience in insurance, banking, loans, financial services or sales will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to generate leads independently.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and online applications.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
