Role Description This is a full-time, on-site International Calling Executive (Sales) role based in Noida, India.



The role involves making outbound international calls to prospective and existing clients, presenting freight and logistics services, and generating qualified sales leads. The executive will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, sharing rate quotes, coordinating with internal operations teams, and following up to close deals. Daily activities include maintaining call logs and customer records, meeting assigned sales and call targets, and supporting the development of long-term client relationships. The role also requires collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer queries promptly and contributing feedback to improve sales scripts and processes.
