The Accounting Lead will be responsible for managing accounting engagements for a portfolio of closely held, owner-operated businesses. This role serves as the primary accounting advisor to clients while leading day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, month-end close activities, quarterly & annual write-up engagements, and yearly clean up. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical accounting knowledge, client relationship management skills, and experience leading accounting teams in a fast-paced advisory environment.
