Location: Gurugram, Haryana — with regular field travel across North India
Reports to : Founder & CEO
Compensation: ₹8–12 lakh fixed, depending on experience, plus uncapped per-deal commission paid monthly on collection. The more you close, the higher your monthly total — there is no ceiling.

INNOFarms.AI is a global AI and deep-tech company building the Farm Intelligence & Automation Suite — an AI agronomist that gives growers early warning on pests, disease, irrigation and crop health, a farm operating system, and IoT sensing and automation for fertigation, irrigation and climate. We operate across Hong Kong, the UAE and India, with live commercial deployments in controlled-environment and protected cultivation in India and international markets, including reference farms you can visit.

THE ROLE
This is a closing role, not a coordination role. You own the number, build the pipeline and sign the business.




Our customers are commercial growers, multi-site farm operators, exporters, and the companies that design and build protected-cultivation projects — polyhouses, net houses and greenhouses. A large part of the job is getting in early enough that automation is specified into a project at design stage, where it is subsidy-eligible and sits inside the financing the grower is already arranging. The rest is selling directly to commercial farms and operators who want better control of yield, inputs and farm operations.
You will sell a one-time automation suite — sensors, IoT and automation devices — and a recurring platform subscription in the same conversation. Both matter, and we need someone comfortable with both halves.

• A number: eight automation deployments and two recent project partners in your first six months, and the pipeline to support it.
• North India and the Central region to start, expanding west
