Steve’s VA & Digital Services is expanding its remote operations team for a strategic Q4 2026 execution partnership.

We’re looking for proactive, ownership-driven professionals who can help build and execute a structured operating system across partner operations, sector-based outreach, lead generation, CRM, automation and digital workflows.

This is not a “wait for instructions” environment.
We want people who can think,



organize, execute, follow through and identify gaps.

? OPEN POSITIONS

1️⃣ Project & Operations Manager — Full time
Own project coordination, priorities, task management, team follow-through, reporting, workflows and operational execution.

2️⃣ Partner Operations & Candidate Support — Full-Time
Support candidate/partner research, tracking, outreach follow-up, qualification, learning/onboarding, activation and ongoing operational support.

3️⃣ Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist — Full-Time
Research organizations and decision-makers, build sector-based prospect lists, coordinate outreach/follow-ups and maintain pipeline/CRM data.

4️⃣ GHL / CRM, Automation & Digital Support Specialist — Part-Time
Support GoHighLevel, CRM structure, workflows, automation, forms, landing pages, campaigns, reporting and digital execution.
