Key Responsibilities
 Manage end-to-end factory operations, production targets, capacity utilization
and OEE.
 Oversee feedmill operations, production processes and operational efficiency.
 Ensure quality, HSE, statutory and regulatory compliance.
 Oversee plant maintenance, machinery uptime, utilities and CAPEX.
 Drive cost control, productivity, wastage reduction and operational efficiency.
 Coordinate production planning, procurement, warehouse and logistics.
 Lead and manage Production, Quality, Maintenance and Warehouse teams.
 Monitor KPIs, factory performance and ERP/SAP reporting.
 Drive continuous improvement, process optimization and automation.
 Ensure timely achievement of production targets while maintaining product
quality and safety standards.

Education
 BE/B.Tech – Mechanical, Chemical,



Production or related Engineering
discipline.

Experience
 8–15 years of manufacturing/factory operations experience.
 Significant experience in Animal Feed / Feedmill operations is mandatory.
 Experience in managing end-to-end factory operations, production and
maintenance.
 2–3 years in a Factory Manager / Plant Manager / Senior Operations role
preferred.
 African/Tanzania manufacturing experience will be an advantage.
