We are looking for an experienced Roblox Developer to help us build and develop new Roblox game projects from the ground up.

We want someone who understands the Roblox ecosystem deeply and can contribute both technically and creatively.
You should ideally have experience with:
• Roblox Studio
• Luau / Lua scripting
• Gameplay mechanics and systems
• DataStore systems and player progression
• Multiplayer systems
• UI development
• Inventory and economy systems
• Shops, currencies, gamepasses, and developer products
• Leaderboards and rewards
• Animations and character systems
• NPC systems
• APIs and external integrations
• Performance optimization
• Anti-exploit / security systems

Roblox monetization and retention mechanics Experience building or contributing to successful live Roblox games is highly preferred.

We are particularly interested in developers who understand how to create games that keep players engaged, improve retention, and build solid monetization loops — not just developers who can script individual features.
