Role Type: Internship

The Information Company is looking for an HR Recruiter Intern who enjoys interacting with people and wants hands-on exposure to recruitment.

What you’ll do:
• Source and shortlist candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and referrals.
• Conduct initial candidate screening calls.




• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Support joining formalities and other HR activities.

What we’re looking for:
• Final-year student or fresh pass outs interested in HR.
• Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident speaking to candidates.
• Organised, proactive and good at follow-ups.
• Basic MS Office/Google Workspace skills.
• Immediate joiner preferred.

Key Success Measures:
Success in this role will primarily be measured by the quality and relevance of candidates sourced, speed of shortlisting, consistency of candidate follow-ups and successful interview-to-joining conversions. This role is ideal for someone who wants practical, hands-on exposure to recruitment and an opportunity to learn how the hiring process works from sourcing to onboarding.
