ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a hands-on fresher to join our people operations team as an HR Associate. You should be comfortable managing real recruitment drives, working directly in ATS/HRIS tools, and handling end-to-end HR processes, not just theoretical HR knowledge.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, candidate pipelines, and screening using ATS tools (Zoho Recruit / Freshteam)
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
- Conduct structured, competency-based interviews using interview scorecards and support bias-mitigation practices
- Manage onboarding workflows: offer letters, employee records, and onboarding documentation via HRIS systems
- Support payroll and compensation structuring fundamentals
