Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram within the Founder’s Office, focused on both marketing and product.

The role involves supporting the founder in developing and executing marketing strategies, including planning campaigns, coordinating content initiatives, and tracking performance metrics.

Day-to-day responsibilities may include conducting market and competitor research, preparing presentations and reports, and managing communication with internal and external stakeholders.

The position also supports product-related work such as gathering user feedback, assisting with feature prioritization, and collaborating with design and tech teams on new offerings.

The role is suited to someone who is comfortable with a dynamic environment, can manage multiple projects, and is willing to take ownership of tasks from ideation through execution.

Qualifications
• Ability to support marketing strategy and execution, including campaign planning, analytics tracking, and performance reporting.




• Experience or strong interest in product thinking, user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape offerings.
• Solid research, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help inform decisions in a fast-moving founder’s office environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare presentations, briefs, and client-facing documents.
• Comfort with digital tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and collaboration platforms; familiarity with marketing or product tools is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Relevant academic background in business, marketing, media, communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior experience or internships in marketing, consulting, startups, or media organisations are an advantage.
