We're expanding our recruitment team and need people who can start right away.
What you'll do
• Handle end-to-end hiring for IT roles: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer and joining
• Source through Naukri/Resdex, LinkedIn, Indeed and other portals
• Understand technical requirements and match candidates accurately
• Meet monthly hiring targets

What we need
• Minimum 6 months of experience in core IT recruitment (mandatory)
• Immediate joiners only, no notice period
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Good understanding of IT roles and tech stacks
• Strong sourcing, screening and negotiation skills

Details
• Full time | 6 days a week (Sunday off)
• Interview: video call round
