Role Description This is a full time, on-site Academic Advisor role based in Noida. The Academic Advisor will provide individualized student counseling, helping learners explore suitable online programs and universities aligned with their academic background and career goals. Responsibilities include conducting advising sessions, assisting with program selection, supporting admission-related queries,



and guiding students through course planning and academic requirements. The Advisor will collaborate with mentors and internal teams to ensure timely communication, maintain accurate student records, and follow up with learners throughout their education journey. The role also involves sharing clear, data-backed information, addressing student concerns, and contributing to continuous improvement of counseling processes.
