Role Overview
As a Veyivo Companion, you will provide reliable, respectful, and professional assistance to customers based on their specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Accompany customers during visits, appointments, or local travel.
* Provide pickup and drop assistance when required.
* Assist elderly customers with hospital visits, errands, temple visits, and other activities.
* Support parents or family members when they need someone to accompany them.
* Provide pet pickup and drop assistance for grooming or appointments.
* Provide late-night companion support for customers, including women,
where applicable.
* Communicate politely and professionally with customers and their families.
* Follow Veyivo safety, privacy, and service guidelines.
* Maintain punctuality and provide regular updates during assigned services.
* Report any safety concerns or unexpected situations to the Veyivo support team.
