FALL ARREST SYSTEMS & TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. (FAST) is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development and sales growth across Delhi/NCR and surrounding markets.

? About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic sales professional with strong experience in Safety Lifeline Systems, Fall Arrest Systems, Fall Protection Solutions, PPE, or Industrial Safety Products.
The candidate will be responsible for driving regional revenue growth, developing strategic accounts, expanding the customer base, and building strong relationships with industrial clients, consultants, contractors, EPC companies, project teams, and channel partners.

? Key Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales and achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for Delhi NCR and surrounding markets.




• Identify and convert new business opportunities across infrastructure, construction, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.
• Develop and manage relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and channel partners.
• Lead and mentor the regional sales team.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for Lifeline & Fall Protection Systems.
• Manage key accounts and develop long-term customer relationships.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up and closure of opportunities.
• Coordinate with Projects, Design, O&M;, Production, and Operations teams for successful project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and pricing strategies.
• Support timely collection and achievement of business objectives.
