About The Role

As an Assistant Manager / Manager – Sales at JUSTO, you will play a key role in driving sales and achieving business growth across Pune and its key micro-markets.

We are looking for dynamic, target-oriented professionals with strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills, preferably with experience in the real estate industry. The role involves handling walk-ins, site visits, client follow-ups, negotiations and closures while consistently achieving assigned sales and collection targets.

• Handle walk-in clients, direct leads and channel partner leads.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, project presentations and property discussions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects.
