The Opportunity:

The IT Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the stability, reliability, and efficiency of IT Operations. Monitors day‑to‑day technology operations, leads project work related to the Desktop Support function and works closely with infrastructure, service desk, security, and application teams to ensure services meet defined SLAs and operational standards. Helps support onboarding of new clients, recent office locations and process improvements. Plays a key role in incident management, operational reporting, process improvement, and risk mitigation, helping translate technical data into actionable insights while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and security requirements.
