As Manager, Formulation Lab, CEC and Demos, you will lead a team that serves as a critical innovation and activation engine, transforming scientific capabilities into customer-relevant solutions, demonstrations, and experiences that accelerate biosolution adoption and business growth. Working closely with regional and global stakeholders, you will help bring cutting-edge formulation concepts to life and strengthen customer engagement through compelling proof-of-performance experiences.

The role & your impact
This is a people leadership role with regional responsibility across MEIA. You will lead innovation, reformulation, demonstration, and laboratory activities while ensuring effective resource utilization, operational excellence, and strong cross-functional collaboration.



Your work will help translate technical opportunities into differentiated customer solutions, strengthen customer understanding of biosolutions, and support sustainable business growth.

Your key responsibilities in this role

• Lead, develop, and inspire a multidisciplinary team through coaching, performance development, succession planning, and a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Drive effective resource allocation and prioritization across the regional innovation and reformulation portfolio to ensure successful and timely project execution.
• Own the end-to-end HHC demonstration strategy, including the development of customer-facing demos, demonstration toolboxes, workshops, customer experiences, and innovation showcases that communicate the value of biosolutions.
• Oversee the operation of the Formulation Laboratory and Customer Experience Centre, ensuring compliance with safety, qual
