? What will you actually do?You will be the main point of contact for our College, University & Institutional Subscribers and will work with existing as well as current institutions to ensure regular renewals, orders and smooth service.
Your role will include:
? Institutional Follow-up
Regularly connect with our existing colleges, universities, libraries, Principals, HODs and Librarians for renewal updates, subscription requirements and upcoming orders.
? Renewal Follow-up
Follow up with existing subscribers for timely renewal of their journal subscriptions and understand their upcoming requirements.
? Order Coordination
Receive institutional orders, coordinate internally and ensure that every order is properly recorded, tracked and completed.
? Payment Follow-up
Follow up with institutions for pending payments and maintain payment status records.
? Subscription Updates
Keep institutions informed about new journals, subscription periods, pricing, offers, back volumes and other important updates.
? Missing Issue Resolution
Handle institutional queries related to missing journals,



delayed copies, incorrect issues, address problems and other subscription-related concerns.
? Build New Institutional Partnerships
Identify new colleges, universities and educational institutions, introduce them to STM Journals and develop long-term institutional relationships.
? Generate Business from Existing & New Institutions
Understand institutional requirements, follow up for regular orders and encourage institutions to increase their subscriptions and business with us.
? Handle Communication
Respond professionally to calls, emails, WhatsApp messages and other business queries received from institutions.
? Maintain Records
Keep proper records of subscriptions, renewals, orders, payments, pending issues, follow-ups, institutional communication and business generated.
