Role Overview





We are seeking a high-energy, design-focused Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our client acquisition, CRM operations, and sales team development. In this strategic and consultative role, you will act as the bridge between prospective homeowners, independent architects, and our internal design and execution teams.

You won't just be selling—you will consult, present spatial layouts, walk clients through our experience center, manage customer relationships via CRM, and build a high-performing sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct Client Conversion (B2C): Lead client walkthroughs at our experience center. Interpret floor plans, present tailored interior proposals, manage price negotiations, and close high-ticket turnkey interior contracts.

• Architect & Designer Networking (B2B): Build and nurture strategic, long-term referral relationships with freelance architects, interior designers, and consultants
