HR Recruiter for Recruitment Follow/-Up Job Description/: The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing end/-to/-end talent acquisition processes to source, attract, interview, and select qualified candidates across technical, operational, and administrative roles. Working closely with hiring managers, this role develops targeted candidate pipelines, conducts preliminary screenings, coordinates interview schedules, manages offer rollouts, and ensures a positive candidate experience aligned with corporate hiring timelines Key Duties/: Work with recruiters to define job requirements, outline core competencies, and post structured job descriptions to job portals and career networks. Reach passive and active candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, social recruiting, and campus campaigns. We screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews,



and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, cultural fit, and salary expectations. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and internal interview panels, manage logistics, and collect feedback in a timely manner. Manage the offer approval and release process, including salary negotiation, background verification BGV initiation, and pre/-onboarding engagement. Maintain clean data hygiene in Applicant Tracking Systems ATS, updating candidate statuses, pipeline metrics, and recruitment dashboards.
