The Role

We need someone to own our CTV and in-app supply path end to end. Integration, pricing, packaging, optimization, monitoring, scale. All of it.

This is not a ticket queue. You'll be expected to understand the auction underneath, chase down why something isn't performing, form a view, test it, and move the number. If you like knowing why a bid didn't win and not just that it didn't, read on.

What You'll Own

• Integrations - VAST/VPAID and oRTB across CTV and in-app. Publisher and app onboarding through to live traffic.
• Supply optimization - Floor strategy, traffic shaping, QPS efficiency, supply path and curation calls. The funnel is yours: requests → bid rate → bid density → win rate → render rate → fill → eCPM.
• Debugging and testing - Bid requests and responses,



VAST errors, wrapper chains, render failures, latency. Find the cause, run the experiment, ship the fix.
• Inventory quality - oRTB supply signals, schain, consent strings, IFA and CTV identifiers. ads.txt, app-ads.txt, sellers.json, blocklists, IVT.

What You Bring
• 3+ years in programmatic. Hands-on, not oversight
• Deep oRTB knowledge. You read bid requests and responses and troubleshoot without help
• CTV and/or in-app supply experience
• Major SSPs, plus video platforms like PLL, Adtelligent, and Aniview
• VAST/VPAID fluency: tags, wrappers, error codes, latency, render diagnostics
• Auction mechanics: floors, bidding dynamics, deal prioritization, supply optimization
• You build your own analysis in Sheets or Excel instead of waiting for someone to send it
• Comfortable working across publishers, SSPs, DSPs, product, and engineering
