Role Summary
Software Development Engineers II are responsible for supporting production systems while developing automation and operational improvements. The role focuses on production support, engineering excellence, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
• Monitor production environments and respond to operational alerts.
• Execute operational runbooks and incident response procedures.
• Support deployments and environment management.
• Develop automation scripts and engineering tools.




• Assist with root cause investigations.
• Support database health and maintenance.
• Participate in on-call rotations.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve reliability.

Required Skills
• 4–8 years of software development experience.
• Strong Java programming skills.
• Experience with APIs and microservices.
• Basic cloud experience (Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of monitoring tools.
• Experience with Couchbase and PostgreSQL.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.

As part of the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) organization, every team member plays a critical role in maintaining the reliability and availability of our production systems.
