Job Title: Renewals Analyst

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Renewals Executive to manage customer contract renewals, support retention, and contribute to revenue growth. This role will focus on executing renewals, engaging directly with customers, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless renewal experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Renewals:



Execute the end-to-end contract renewal process for assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a positive customer experience.
• Customer Engagement: Communicate directly with customers to confirm renewal details, reinforce product value, and address any questions or objections.
• Retention & Upsell Support: Identify potential expansion or upsell opportunities and collaborate with Account Managers or Customer Success teams to drive additional revenue.
• Contract Administration: Prepare, review, and finalize renewal contracts in compliance with company policies.
• Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate renewal data in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), track KPIs (renewal rates, churn, expansion), and provide regular updates to the team lead.
