We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team at Eurokids Mambakkam. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for children, strong communication skills, and the ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning workplace. You will be responsible for guiding young children through foundational learning experiences in preparation for primary school.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster growth in literacy, numeracy, social, and emotional skills.
Develop and maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
Observe and assess students’ progress, and provide feedback to parents during regular meetings.
Encourage creative expression through art, music, and play.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
Collaborate with teaching assistants and other staff members to ensure a consistent learning experience.
Organize and lead activities designed to promote physical, mental, and social development.
Maintain open communication with parents regarding their children’s progress and any concerns.
Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques.
Qualifications:
Relevant teaching experience in a preschool setting is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
Ability to maintain a safe and engaging classroom
English and Hindi is preferred
