Title: Senior Engineer-Mechanical Engineering (Expertised in CAM)

Key Responsibilities Skills: To lead sheet metal part programming, nesting optimization, and mechanical design activities using CAM software (Amada VPSS4i), while driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components, enclosures, frames, and assemblies for electrical panels, switchgear, and control systems.
• CAM Software (Amada-VPSS4i Software), Sheetmetal Part Programming Nesting, Design Skills, Continuoe.
• Perform design analysis to ensure mechanical components can withstand operational loads, thermal conditions, and environmental stresses.
• Collaborate with the electrical design team to ensure seamless integration of electrical and mechanical elements in panel assemblies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards (such as IEC, UL, IS) and company specifications in all mechanical designs.




• Conduct design validation and prototype testing to verify the performance and functionality of mechanical components.
• Identify areas for cost reduction, product improvement, and manufacturing efficiency without compromising product quality or safety.
• Provide technical support to production teams during the manufacturing process to address design-related issues.
• Assist in selecting materials, finishes, and other components to optimize the cost, performance, and aesthetics of the panel assemblies.
• Work with suppliers and vendors to source mechanical components, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Participate in design reviews, providing input to improve the overall design and functionality of the panels.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all design work, revisions, and approval processes.
• Stay up to date with advancements in mechanical design technologies and materials to continuously improve design practices.
