Finance Officer (Chartered Accountant)

Location: Hyderabad, India

Turium is seeking a mid-level Chartered Accountant to play a key role in our global finance operations as we scale across Australia and India. This role is ideal for a CA who brings strong technical foundations and the confidence to take ownership, improve processes, and partner closely with leadership.

You’ll sit at the centre of our finance engine - spanning global tax, payroll, reporting, and compliance - and help ensure Turium remains accurate, compliant, and investor-ready as we grow.

What You’ll Be Doing





• Own and support global tax compliance and reporting across multiple jurisdictions, with a solid focus on Indian tax laws (direct and indirect)
• Manage and oversee payroll operations, ensuring statutory compliance and internal accuracy
• Lead accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes end-to-end
• Review, validate, and manage invoices, contracts, and vendor payments
• Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations, maintaining audit-ready financial records
• Support financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and project cost tracking
• Act as a key point of contact for external accountants, auditors, and compliance partners
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, controls, and documentation
• Deliver ad-hoc analysis and insights to support executive and operational decision-making
• Support the setup of the business entity in India, including obtaining and maintaining all required legal, tax, and statutory registrations (e.g., PA
