About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Systems Engineer to design, operate,



and improve the enterprise systems that support our workforce.
This role will work across identity, SaaS applications, endpoints, integrations, automation, collaboration platforms, and IT service delivery. The ideal candidate is a strong technical generalist who can troubleshoot complex issues, lead improvements, and use automation and AI to make IT more scalable and efficient.
What You’ll Own
• Administer and optimize core enterprise systems and SaaS platforms.
• Support identity and access management, including SSO, MFA, provisioning, and user lifecycle management.
• Manage enterprise productivity, collaboration, and endpoint platforms.
• Build and maintain integrations using APIs, webhooks, scripting, and automation tools.
• Automate repetitive IT processes such as onboarding, offboarding, access requests, and service delivery.
• Support platforms such as Microsoft 365, Okta, Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
• Lead troubleshoot
