About The Role

We are seeking an articulate, high-energy sales qualified to manage our end-to-end B2B sales operations, design specifications, and account management from our Gurgaon office.

Key Responsibilities (End-to-End Sales)

• Pipeline & Lead Management: Build, qualify, and manage a project pipeline by engaging architecture firms, interior design studios, and contractors across the region.
• Design Specification: Get company written into material boards and project BOQs during the early design stage.
• Deal Execution: Own the full client journey—handling technical quotes, custom sizing, finish options, lead-time coordination, and deal closing.
• Account Retention: Manage client accounts after the initial order to secure ongoing repeat business.
• Brand Onboarding Support:



Source and warm up quality furniture manufacturers and brands to join our platform.
• Sales Analytics: Track and report weekly sales data, product specification metrics, and catalog gaps.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Industry Experience: 1–4 years of experience within the Furniture Industry (furniture brands, showrooms, or specification sales).
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor for high-level client interactions.
• Technical Savvy: Comfort with reading and discussing product spec sheets, material finishes, and technical drawings.
• Commercial Drive: Strong inclination toward commercial negotiations, account management, and CRM discipline.

Good to Have

• Degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Prior showroom or trade specification sales experience.
