We are seeking a data-driven Supply Chain Analyst to serve as the analytical engine for our global S&OP; process. This role bridges the gap between our supply chain systems and our planning team. Your primary objective is to drive cross-functional alignment between demand, supply, inventory, and financial plans. By managing system governance, inventory performance,
and metric-based analysis, you will enable our demand and supply planners to focus on their core priorities: forecast improvement, inventory optimization, and strategic supply planning decisions.
About the Responsibilities
• Cross-Functional Alignment & Strategic Enablement: Act as the "glue" between demand, supply, inventory, and finance teams to ensure all planning inputs are synchronized. Protect planner bandwidth by managing process governance and data reconciliation.
• Inventory Performance & Corrective Action: Monitor inventory performance (Turns, DOH (days on hand), Safety Stock, Excess & Obsolete Inventory) to identify risks and opportunities. Implement and track corrective actions to ensure inventory targets are met and reconciled against financial budgets.
