Do you always keep an overview and find the perfect balance between supply and demand? Then you’ve come to the right place We are looking for a dedicated Capacity Manager (m/f/d) to analyze, control and optimize our logistics processes.

Your Tasks

• Independent implementation of monthly payroll accounting
• Maintenance and administration of personnel master data
• Contact for employees in matters relating to payroll and tax law
• Cooperation with social insurance institutions and authorities
• Creation of evaluations and reports

What You Bring With You

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in payroll accounting
• Experience in payroll accounting
• Knowledge of tax and social security law
• Confident handling of accounting programs (e.g. DATEV, LODAS)
• Careful and structured way of working
