Max. Functional Role (Job Description) Finance Director will be a part of Global Business Shared Services team in NTT DATA. The primary responsibility is support Finance Operations in Global environment with knowledge & expertise required to manage work in a MNC. The role also encompasses the responsibility of response to internal / external queries.
He/she will be required to support Finance operations or any other adhoc Finance projects / assignments. Essential Desirable Education Background Post Graduate (M.Com / MBA Finance) CA / ICWA + Knowledge/ understanding of US GAAP, I-GAAP & IFRS Work Experience 16-18 years of relevant experience in Finance 12+ years of experience with at least 4-6 years in a senior level position with similar role in a large multinational corporation Key Responsibilities Key Skills + Acts as liaison between Onshore and Shared Services team in the resolution of process related issues + Ability to manage the daily operations and activities of the team and ensure all KRAs are met. + Effectively communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. + Analyze and resolve complex or difficult problems presented by subordinates, and escalate appropriately to the senior management + Understanding of Transfer pricing/intercompany invoicing regulations + Understanding
